摘 要 第二次世界大战之后，由于美苏意识形态的差异及各自军事战略的需要，在 1948 年朝鲜半岛分裂为韩国和朝鲜两个国家。如今分裂已经半个多世纪了，两 国形成了截然相反的政治、经济、 文化体制。实现民族统一是民族的夙愿，然 而，究竟以什么样的国家形态统一，以何种方式来完成统一，是韩国与朝鲜必须 面对的大问题。古今中外由分裂而完成统一的民族和国家都会给研究朝鲜半岛统 一以启示和借鉴。本文通过研究秦统一六国来研究朝鲜半岛统一。 全文分五个部分： 第一部分为绪论，介绍了朝鲜半岛分裂的原因，当前的现状，学术史的回顾 和本文的研究意图。 第二部分，论述国家统一的意义，本章从三个部分来分析，即秦朝统一全国 的意义，南北韩统一的意义，南北韩统一的必然性。 第三部分，论述秦朝统一后的国家合并，本章分三节，即城市地位的升降， 政治体制的构成，国民隔阂的化解与加深。 第四部分，讲的是秦的统一给南北韩统一的经验与教训，从国土统一，国家 统一和国民统一三个层次来论述。 第五部分是结论，简要总结全文。 关键词：秦朝；朝鲜半岛；统一 Abstract After the Second World War, in 1948, was divided into two countries called the South Korea and the North Korea because of the deferent ideology between the USA and the Soviet Russia and the need for their own military strategy. There has been over half a century since the separation, which results in totally deferent political, cultural and economic system. Reunification of the South and the North is the aspiration of the whole nation. However, how the South Korea and the North Korea will reunificate, and in which form are the big problems for both countries. In modern or in ancient times, there are many samples about the reunification. The author will discuss the reunification of the South Korea and the North Korea by comparing with the reunification of the six countries in Qin Dynasty. The thesis is divided into 5 parts. The first part will introduce the reasons why the Korea peninsula was separated, and then the present situation, and the purpose of the thesis. The second part will state the meaning of reunification, including the meaning of the reunification of the six countries in Qin Dynasty, and the meaning of the reunification of the South Korea and the North Korea. The third part will discuss the combination after the reunification of the six countries in Qin Dynasty, including the rising or the falling of city status, the structure of the political system, and the deepening or removing of gaps between people.
