传统商业街区的景观特征分析与量化方法研究-市政工程专业论文.docx

摘要 本研究针对传统商业，街区的普遍衰败与整体风貌特色丧失的现状，以中Il J 中路历史 商业街区为主要研究对象，运用景观生念学的场所、结构与功能照论和景观规划的原理 对于中山中路传统商业街区的景观特征和空间结构迸行分析和评价。并结合分形几何学 的量化方法和;腐值计算，对于传统商业街与现代商业街进行直观的量化比较。与此同时， 引用本研究室已有的水乡城镇历史商业街区的景观分析结果与国内外优秀步行商业街的 设计理念，从中寻找出商业衔的商业功能与空间结构、场所位置、景观特征之间的内在 规律，为现代商业衔的建设提供依据，并对现代商业街的设计理论进行补充与完善:同 时保护中山中路传统商业街区的景观特征和空间结构，修复己受破坏的空间结构，恢复 其原有的活力，并适应现代商业的需要。 关键词= 场所、结构与功能理论 景观特征 空间结构 ;搞 形态指数 Abstract The research aims at the generaJ present status that the ruin and the loss of ìntegrative feature occur widely 缸nong the traditional comnlercial block. It carries out the analysis and evaluate on the landscape characteristics and space structme of the historic commercial block of Zhongshanzhong Road that is the main study object，with regards of the space，structure and function theoties of landscape ecology and the principle of landscape lay?ut Combining with quantitative measl，lrement and entropy calculation of th巳 fractal geometry，it mak巳S intuitionistic . quantitative comparison between traditional and modern commercial streets.. ln the meanwhile ，it quotes 也e existing landscape analysis result of the historical commercial block in the traditional riverside towns and the design concept of the excellent walkíng commercial streets aboard. And it concludes the commercial functions of the commercial street and the intemal disciplinarian between the space structure，space posìtion ，and landscape characteristics ，which offers the evídence for the construction of modern commercial street‘ AIso perfected and supplemented of design theory for modem commerci aJ street. It discovers the artificial destroy that leads to the ruin of Zhongshanzhong Road. It claims for the protection of the landscape characteristics and space structure of the 位aditional block， and amending on the broken space structure to resume the intrinsic . energy that could be adapted with the requirement of modem commerce.
