浙江省湖州市某社区居民家庭备用药的现状及药物知识调查分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解社区居民家庭常用药品的储存现状，以便采取相应对策与措施。方法：使用自制问卷随机抽取某社区105户家庭中105名中、老年居民进行居民基本情况、家庭备药情况的调查。家庭备药情况包括药物基本知识、家庭备药目的、自备药的种类、数量，药物储存与保管方法；使用前是否查看药物说明书；药物的有效期是否注明以及遵医行为等3大类21项内容。结果：调查居民中，定期检查家庭自备药物质量的占23.81%（25/105），药品来源为药店自购的占43.81%（46/105），家庭储存药品种类较多（≥5种）的占45.71%（48/105），药品定位单独放置的占53.33%（56/105），知晓药品主要不良反应的占27.62%（29/105），填写个人用药记录的占10.48%（11/105）。结论：在药品的储存及应用中存在安全隐患，应对社区居民的家庭用药进行专业指导。 　　关键词 社区居民 安全用药 调查分析 　　中图分类号：R97 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）08-0018-03 　　Current situation of family pharmacy and the survey in knowledge 　　of the drugs for the community residents in the city of Huzhou Zhejiang 　　DAI Lixue， HU Jumei， YE Jiawei， CHENG Yue， LIU Xindi， SHEN Xuhui， LU Min 　　（The First People’s Hospital of Huzhou， Huzhou Zhejiang 313000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the situation of the commonly used drugs for the community residents. Methods： One hundred and five subjects aged elderly from 105 families were randomly chosen for the study， the self designed questionnaire was used for the survey of basic situation and medicine reserved for the family. Medicines reserved in family include basic knowledge， objective， types， quantity， drug storage and storage method for the family using medicine； check of the drug instructions before using； validity of the drug and compliance behavior such as the 21 items in 3 major categories. Results： The subjects regularly checking the quality of the drugs accounted for 23.81%， 43.81% of the subjects got the drugs from drug stores， 45.71% of the families had more than 5 kinds of drugs， 53.33% of the families placed the drugs alone， 27.62% of the subjects knew the drug adverse reaction， and 10.48% of the subjects wrote the medication administration records. In this study， there exist some risks in the drug storage and use. Conclusion： Professional guidance is needed for the community families in commonly used drugs so as to ensure the safe medication for the residents. 　　KEY WORDS the communi
