利益相关者理论视角下的矿山企业社会责任研究 潘梦萍1 （湖南大学法学院，湖南省长沙市，410012） 矿山企业依赖于矿产资源的开发利用，是在国民经济中占据基础性地位的资源型企业。矿山企业社 会责任的缺失密切影响到国家能源安全、矿业经济可持续发展以及社会和谐稳定，研究矿山企业社会责任 能推动解决现实问題。本文从国外的企业社会责任观入手，界定了研究矿山企业社会责任的广义概念，将 企业社会责任划分为强制性的企业义务（法律责任、经济责任、道德责任）以及自愿性的企业策略责任。 为推动矿山企业落实企北社会责任又引入利益相关者埋论，其中指明了矿山企北的责任对象，考虑到矿山 企业责任能力的有限性，本文以优先维护首要利益相关者的权益寻找突破口。最后，通过将首要利益相关 者与企业社会责任理论的有机触合，分析矿山企业所需承担的社会责任。关鍵词：矿山企业：社会责任 ;利益相关者理论 F426. 1;F270 J Research on the Social Responsibility of Mine Enterprises from thePerspective of Stakeholder PAN Mengping (Law School / Hunan University, Changsha/ Hu Nan, 410012) Abstract： Mine enterprises rely on the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources，they occupy the basic status of resource-based industries in the national economy.The lack of social responsibility of mine enterprises has a close impact on the national energy security, sustainable development of the mine industry, and social harmony and stability.Researching the social responsibility of mine companies can help solve practical problems.This article starts with the foreign concept of corporate social responsibility and then defines the concept of mine corporate social responsibility,This paper divides corporate social responsibility into mandatory corporate obligations (legal, economic, and moral) and voluntary corporate strategic responsibility, the paper cites the theory of stakeholders for promoting the implementation of corporate social responsibility by mine enterprises,and analyzes the social responsibility objects of mine enterprises,Considering the lack of capacity of mine enterprises, this paper believes that mine enterprises can give priority to the social responsibility of the primary stakeholders.Finally, the two theories are organically integrated to analyze the social responsibilities that mine enterprises need to undertake.
