探讨高血压肾病早期肾损伤联合检测同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C的临床价值 李丽J*良辰 （沾化县人民医院检验科Hl东沾化256800） 】RW：探讨高血压肾病旱期肾损伤联合检测同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素 C的临床价值。方法:选择2013年1月至2015年10月诊为高血压肾病的患者92 例组成实验组，选择同期健康体检者30例设为对照组，同时测定同型半胱氨酸 和胱抑素C的浓度水平，综合分析结果。结果:实验组患者的同型半胱氨酸和胱抑 素C浓度水平明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）,且随着病程增 长，同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C浓度水平均呈现上升趋势；同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素 C的敏感性均超过80.00%,早期组患者联合检测同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C的敏感 性明显高于同期单项检测结果，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）,特异性有所降 低，但屮期组和晚期组无明显差异（P〉0.05）.结论：同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C 都是辅助诊断高血压肾病的有效指标，且对于疾病的监测和愈后也有一定价值, 联合检测能够有效提高早期肾损伤的敏感性，降低漏诊风险。 关键词】高血压肾病；同型半胱氨酸；胱抑素C 】R544.1 】A 】1007-8231 （2015） 22-0044-02 To explore the clinical significance of the early renal damage of the hypertensive nephropathy diagnosis by the Homocysteine and Cystatin C joint determination U Li, Ding Liangchen.
