肠造口患者清洁肠道护理的的体会 　　[摘要] 目的 对肠造口患者清洁肠道护理措施和效果进行分析研究。方法 方便选取78例2014年3月―2017年2月期间在该院接受治疗的肠造口患者，并根据清洁肠道护理措施的不同1∶1随机分为参照组和实验组各39例，对分别应用常规护理和针对性护理的效果进行对照研究。结果 就不良反应发生率而言，实验组患者明显低于参照组[7.69% vs 28.21%]；就非常满意度和护理总满意度而言，实验组患者均明显高于参照组[69.23%、94.87% vs 28.21%、76.92%]，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肠造口患者清洁肠道护理工作中应用针对性护理能够取得十分理想的效果，在提高肠道清洁度及护理满意度、减少不良反应等方面均具有极其显著的优势，值得大力推广。 　　[关键词] 肠造口；清洁肠道；护理体会 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0152-03 　　Nursing Experience of Intestinal Tract Cleaning of Enterostomy Patients 　　LIU Yan-hong 　　Department of General Surgery， Yancheng First People’s Hospital， Yancheng， Jiangsu Province， 224000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the nursing measures and effect of intestinal tract cleaning of enterostomy patients.
