依达拉奉治疗脑干出血临床治疗效果剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察和研究药物依达拉奉在治疗脑干出血患者的临床效果以及安全性。方法 整群选取该院2013年7 月―2014 年8 月住院的65例急性脑干出血患者，随机分成观察组（30）和对照组（35例），给予对照组患者稳定血压与控制血糖，以及防治并发症等的处理，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上，静脉滴注30 mg药物依达拉奉，2 次/d，14 d为1个疗程。对比两组患者在治疗前后 ESS、ADL评分，将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。 结果 在治疗以后14 d，观察组患者ESS 与ADL评分分别为（13.4±13.1）分、（15.5±10.6）分，明显高于对照组，两组患者ESS 与ADL评分对比，具有显著的差异（P0.01），存在着统计学意义；观察组患者总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组患者（60.0%），两组患者治疗总有效率对比，亦存在显著的差异有统计学意义（P0.001）。 结论 药物依达拉奉可以有效地治疗脑干出血症，改善预后，而且安全性可靠。 　　[关键词] 依达拉奉；脑干；脑出血 　　[中图分类号] R743.34 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0130-02 　　Clinical analysis of curative effect of edaravone in the treatment of brain stem hemorrhage 　　WANG Hong 　　Department of Neurology，Huadian peoples Hospital of Jilin Province， Huadian Jilin， 132400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of edaravone on drug treatment in patients with brainstem hemorrhage and security.
