本设计为年产10万吨合成氨厂氨回收工段车间布置的三维设计。本设 计对合成氨厂氨回收工段进行车间布置设计，该工段采用稀氨水吸收合成氨 过程中产生的驰放气和贮罐气中的氨，然后通过蒸馏的方法得到纯度为 99.5%以上的液氨。该工艺做到了氨水的循环使用，尾气中氨含量小于0.1%， 有效地解决了合成氨尾气的污染问题，并通过氨回收创造了一定的经济效 益，符合“节能、减排、减污、增效”的要求。在车间设计过程中，针对该工 艺中的13台设备进行了平面布置和三维布置设计，2台氨水循环泵布置在 厂房内，其余设备均采用露天布置，蒸氨塔及其附属设备采用钢架结构，并 利用位差关系布置。整个设备布置均符合石油化工行业车间布置的相关规范 要求。 关键词：氨回收工艺流程车间布置三维设计 Abstract This is designed to produce 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia plant ammonia plant layout recovery section of three-dimensional design. The design for the recovery section for ammonia plant layout were designed using the section dilute ammonia absorption ammonia generated during Chi deflated and gas tank of ammonia，and a purity of 99.5% or more of ammonia by distillation. The process did recycle ammonia, the ammonia content in the exhaust gas is less than 0.1%，effectively solve the problem of pollution exhaust ammonia, and ammonia recovery by creating certain economic benefits, in line with the ’’energy saving, emission reduction, pollution reduction， efficiency ’’requirements.In the workshop the design process，the process for the 13 sets of equipment for the layout and design of three-dimensional arrangement, two ammonia circulating pump disposed within the plant，the remaining equipment are used open layout, ammonia evaporation tower and ancillary equipment with a steel frame structure, arrangement and use of difference relations. The entire device are arranged in line with the relevant regulatory requirements of the petrochemical industry plant layout.
