Second, I am also greatly indebted to the English teachers in Wu Hu: Mrs. Cui, Mrs. Zhang, Miss Zhang and Mrs Hu who have instructed and helped me a lot in the past two years. Other teachers gave me a lot of useful information and helped me finish the interview.

Abstract
The teaching process is mainly launched by in a series of discourses including teacher’s initiation, student’s response and teacher’s follow-up. Teacher’s follow- up means teachers’ verbal feedback on student’s response. According to different focuses, teachers follow-up discourse can be divided into three categories: content feedback, form feedback and theme feedback.
