汕头大学医学院硕士论文 汕头大学医学院硕士论文 PAGE PAGE 10 ABSTRACT Diagnosis and Surgical treatment of the pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor-A report of 22 cases Objective To discuss the diagnosis and surgical treatment of the pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor． Methods the clinical data of the 22 patients with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor were retrospectively reviewed . Results Of 22 cases ,16 cases were male and 6 female. Their ages ranged from 38 years to 64 years, with average 50.2 years old .the disease-course of those cases from 4 days to 2 years .The main clinical symptoms included cough ,hemoptysis ,fever and chest pain , The clinical diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor dependented mainly on imaging inspection of chest, and the definite diagnosis of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor was made by pathological inspection during operation. All patients were subjected to surgical treatment. Of them, 12 cases were treated by wedge resection of lung (8 of them were operated by VATS and 4 cases with normal thoractomy ),10 cases by pulmonary lobectomy with normal thoractomy.All cases were cured. Conclusions The pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor is a proliferating granuloma in the pulmonary parenchyma， It is possible to develop into malignant tumor and should be early treated by operation. the wedge resection of lung and pulmonary lobectomy are main operative methods. Because the clinical symptoms and inspection of patients with pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor are of no typical character and preoperative misdiagnosis ratio is higher ,the pathological inspection during operation is important to get definite diagnosis and to choice operative method.
