西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文第 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第 PAGE IV 页 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文第 西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文 第 III 页 5、不同栽培区附子多糖和蛋白质含量差异明显，以江油产附子 含量最高 。不同栽培区多糖含量顺序为江油 布拖 勉县 城固 。以江 油栽培区多糖含量最高为 14.24% ，布拖、勉县、城固栽培区含量分 别比 12.55% 、11.84%、11 .74%。蛋白质含量顺序为江油 布拖 = 城固 勉县。以江油栽培区蛋白质含量最高为 10.04%，布拖和勉县栽培区 含量相当为 9.36% ，城固栽培区蛋白质含量为 8.94% 。 6、综合分析评价，结果为江油栽培区最优，其次是布拖和勉县 栽培区，城固栽培区综合评价排名最后；从产品性状稳定性的综合 比较看，江油栽培区优于布拖栽培区，第三是城固栽培区，最后是 勉县栽培区。 关键词：附子；栽培区；品质比较；产量 Abstract Radix Aconite is the root of of Ranunculaceae Aconit u m (Aconitum carmichaeli De bx.) , which ha s great me dicinal va lue,s uch a s the anti-inflammatory , analgesic,falling blood suger, anti-arrhythmia ,and so on. It is a famous traditional Chi nese medicine and ge nui ne cr ude drugs in Si chua n. This pa pe r studied ma ny compositi on of Aconit u m carmichaeli in di ffere nt region through Hi gh Pe r for ma nce Li quid Chr o matography (HPLC) ,c ompari ng the quali t y of Aconitum carmichaeli in di fferent habitat s . The st udy of Sic hua n Jia n gyou, Si c hua n But uo, Sha n xi Chenggu, Shanxi Mianxi an, aconite main cultivation area of plantin g status, and ways of cultivation and management were investigated. Ten kinds of s eeds are from te n r egions i n the st udy, whi ch are pla nted i n four habit ats. The four habit a ts are evaluated synthetically.The main results are as follows: （ 1 ）The cultivation system o f fo ur ha bitats is differ ent obviously . Jiangyou has a longest history of Radix Aconite cultivation.The history of Mi anxi an a nd Chenggu is longer than Buotuo.Jiangyou is also t h e most sophisticated as for the aspect of c ulivati on a nd manage ment .
