高中语文教师读书现状暨改进策略刍议内容提要 高中语文教师读书现状暨改进策略刍议 内容提要 英文提要高中语文教师读书现状暨改进策略刍议 英文提要 高中语文教师读书现状暨改进策略刍议 I I II II 高中语文教师读书现状暨改进策略刍议 内容提要 随着普通高中课程改革的推进，高中教师如何通过阅读提升自身素养，进而在教 学中获得更长足的进步已成为教育工作者普遍关注的话题。本研究试图以高中语文教 师为例，通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实践法、经验总结法等研究方法，对新 课程背景下高中语文教师的读书现状作出分析,并提出相应改进策略。 本论文第一章从高中语文教师的职业特点出发，从教学任务的复杂性、教学对象 的独特性、教学方式的开放性等角度分析高中语文教师读书的必要与需要，进而调查 研究教师阅读中存在的种种问题与不足，剖析导致高中语文教师读书现状的内因与外 因。第二章，基于高中语文教师的职业特点，理论联系实际，探究高中语文教师读书 应满足的基本要求，寻找高中语文教师阅读可遵循的原则与科学的方法。第三章，针 对现状，研究解决问题的方案，从端正教师读书心态、调整教师评价管理体系、营造 良好外部读书氛围三个方面，提出改进高中语文教师读书现状的策略与措施。 本研究旨在通过对高中语文教师读书现状的调研，结合高中语文教育教学原理 与实践，寻求教师读书可行性原则、科学方法与改进策略，以期最终对高中语文教师 的专业成长与可持续发展、对高中语文教学实践起到积极的作用。 关键词：高中 语文教师 读书 方法 对策 作 者：刘 臻 指导教师：缪葵慈 The present reading situation of Senior High School Chinese teachers methods of improving the situation Abstract Along with ordinary senior high school curriculum reform, how to enhance senior high school Chinese teachers’ own quality through reading, and then obtain greater progress in teaching has become a topic of universal concern of educators. On the background of the new curriculum, taking senior high school Chinese teachers as an example, this study analyzed their present reading situation and proposed the corresponding improvement strategy through the method of literature, questionnaire survey, interview, practice, summarizing the experience and other research methods. Starting from senior high school Chinese teachers reading requirements of their occupational characteristics, and from the angles of the complexity of teaching task, the uniqueness of teaching objects and the diversity of teaching methods, the first chapter of this thesis investigated and studied their reading problems and deficiencies, and also analyzed the internal and external causes of their current reading situation. Based on senior high school Chinese teachers’ occupational characteristics, theories contacting the reality, the second chapter explored the basic requirements of their reading, and tried to find reading principles and
