I I 中文摘要 对青少年实施心理健康教育是现代教育的重要课题。语文学科在 实施心理健康教育方面具有得天独厚的优势。语文教材蕴含着丰富的 心理健康教育资源，正确处理和利用好这些资源，对学校心理健康教 育具有重大的实践意义。 本文引言阐述语文学科中实施心理健康教育的重要意义。第一章 论述高中生心理健康的标准和高中生心理健康教育的内涵等相关理 论。第二章通过某重点中学高中生的心理健康调查状况与语文学业成 绩的相关分析，揭示了高中生的心理健康程度与语文学业成绩呈正相 关、人际关系敏感和抑郁因子对语文学业成绩影响较大。第三章依据 高中生心理健康教育的理论，对人教版新课程标准高中语文教科书 （必修 1-5）的选文内容进行梳理，挖掘出教科书中的心理健康教育 资源。第四章通过教案举隅，探讨了利用语文教科书选文去具体实施 心理健康教育的策略。 本文目的是总结高中语文教科书对学生心理健康教育所起的作 用，从而为探究高中语文学科中渗透心理健康教育提供实践依据。 关键词：语文教材；选文；高中生心理健康教育；内容分析 II II Abstract Psychological health education for adolescents is an important subject of modern education. Chinese discipline has the advantage in implementation of mental health education. The Chinese Textbooks contains abundant resources about psychological health education. It has great practical significance for mental health education to make good use of these resources in the Chinese Textbooks. In the introduction, this paper introduces the important significance of carrying out the psychological health education in Chinese discipline. The first chapter is the related theory of psychological health education of high school students. It introduces the psychological health standard and the connotation of mental health education in senior high school students . The second chapter is an investigation about the psychological health condition of senior high school students. There has a correlation analysis between the investigation and the academic achievement of Chinese. The result is that they have a positive correlation and interpersonal sensitivity and depression largely influence the academic achievement of Chinese. The third chapter sorts out the Peoples Education Press Chinese textbook for senior middle school (compulsory 1-5) and dig out the textbook resources in mental health. All of this is based on the theory of psychological health education of high school students.
