THE STDUDY OF MECHANISM OF HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTICE ON SMALL TEAM CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIORS ——TAKING BEIBU GULF ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT With the popularity of the team in Chinas enterprises, enterprises will more and more strongly depend on team behavior , especially higher request to the team citizenship behaviors is becoming a trend.Therefore, how to turn team citizenship behaviors into service for the enterprise has become a hot issue to the academic and business management practice.Team citizenship behaviors,as an extra role behavior showed out of the overall team,has the vital significance to the enterprise.But, until now, the researches about team citizenship behaviors is very limited, especially the studying on the mechanism of formation of the team citizenship behaviors is much less.Some studies have shown that, the organization providing supportive human resource practices for the team helps to enhance the organizational trust and perceived organizational support of the team.At the same time, parts of the study reveals that organizational trust and perceived organizational support plays a very significant role in the forming process of team citizenship behaviors.Therefore, this paper,take organizational III trust and perceived organizational support as the double intermediary, aims to explore the relationship between supportive human resource practices and team citizenship behavior in Chinas cultural background, and to complement the related theoretical research,at the same time, can also provide the theoretical instruction for the enterprise management field.
