编号 毕业设计(论文) 因原 因 原 失 流 及其对策 经管 系 工商管理 专业 学 号: 1052834 学生姓名: 刘盼盼 指导教师: 吉训生(职称:副教授) 二O—四年四月 随着我国社会经济的不断发展,民营屮小企业在保持经济稳定、扩人就业、促进社会 和谐等方面,发挥着十分重要的作用。目前,企业间的竞争越來越多表现为人才的竞争。 因为人才有着巨大的创造力和不可替代性,它是企业发展的重要资本。所以,人才是企业 能否最终获得成功的关键因素。然而民营屮小企业由于员工频繁离职,使得企业内人才结 构不合理、人才流失现象严重,这严重影响了屮小企业的长远发展。造成这样的局面,一 方面由于企业自身存在着一定的问题,另外还有社会以及个人的原因。为了更好的保证民 营屮小企业的健康发展,应该不断改进管理制度,这样才能保证做到与时俱进。如何留住 人才、提高企业的竞争力是摆在中小企业面前的一个迫切需要解决的现实问题。 本文立足于我国民营中小企业发展的特定背景和现实状况,通过对员工流失问题的现 状和危害、导致的内外部原因进行分析,以泸州现代办公信息系统有限公司为例,分析了 员工离职的一些原因,在此基础上提出解决方案。希望可以给民营屮小企业一些建议,促 进民营中小企业的健康稳定快速发展。 关键词:民营屮小企业;员工流失;原因;对策 ABSTRACT With the continuous development of social economy in our country, the small and medium-sized private enterprises in the aspects of maintaining economic stability,expand employment,promote social harmony,and plays a very important role. At present,more and more competition among enterprises is the competition for talents,because talent with great creativity and irreplaceable,it is the important capital for enterprise development. So, the talent is the key factor whether enterprises succeed in the end. However,small and medium-sized private enterprises because of frequent staff turnover,causes the enterprise internal personnel structure irrational, serious brain drain phenomenon,which seriously affects the long-term development of small and medium enterprises. Caused this situation,on the one hand because of their own problems exist,in addition to social and personal reasons. In order to ensure the healthy development of small and medium-sized private enterprises, should continue to improve the management system,which can keep pace with the times. How to retain talent improve the competitiveness of enterprises is an urgent problem for small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper is based on the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises specific background and the reality of the situation,through the analysis of the present situation and the harm of the loss of staff,leading to internal
