项目管理在新产品开发中的应用研究 一以矽恩微电子公司新产品开发为例 ［ ］随着科技的门新W异和市场竞争的円趋激烈，新产品研发逐渐成为企业发展的核心 源动力。而现今国I々外电子通讯产品竞争越來越激烈，要求产品上市快、成本低并且质量高， 这就对企业的项口管理提出了极高的要求。新产品研发项口管理就是在多重制约因素的条件 下，结合企业的实际情况，采取一系列措施以保证研发项目管理达到最优化。本文主要按照理论 和实际相结合的思路，从项目管理的基本概念入手，以一家半导体设计公司（矽恩微电子）作为 研究对象，分析了其新产品开发过程中存在的问题及原因分析，然G应用现代项目管理的方法 冇针对性地对该公司提出了产品开发项目管理的改进措施。 ［关键字］项0管理新产品新产品开发 The application research of project management in new product development -Si-En Technology new product development for example [Abstract] As technology advances and market competition becomes more intense, new product development has become the core of enterprise development, the power source.
