风险投资对我国上市公司信息披露质量的影响 本文利用深市2010-2014年630家上市公司的面板数据，以深圳证券交易所信息披露 考评等级为信息披露质量指标，运用有序logit模型，回归分析风险投资对于企业信息披 露质量的影响。实证结果显示：风险投资能够提升公司信息披露质量且持股比例越高提升 作用越明显。风险投资的特点和类型对于信息披露质量有着不同的影响，有声誉的风投机 构和联合风投能够更好地提升信息披露质量，政府背景和私人背景的风投对于公司信息披 露质量有着较明显的积极作用，但没有证据表明外资背景的风险投资对于信息披露质量有 着显著的提升作用。 关键词：信息披露质量；风险投资；有序Logit模型；企业监督管理 Abstract Based on the panel data of 630 listed companies (on a time scale of 2010 to 2014)，this paper uses Ordered Logistics Model to analyze venture capital’s impact on the information disclosure quality of these companies. The information disclosure grade is derived from the Evaluation Report of Information Disclosure published by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The empirical results show that: Venture capital can improve the quality of corporate information disclosure and the higher the proportion of holdings，the more obvious the role. The characteristics and types of venture capital have different effects on the quality of information disclosure. The reputation of venture capital institutions and joint ventures can better improve the quality of information disclosure. Venture capitals with government background or private background can more obviously improve information disclosure quality，while there is no strong evidence showing that VCs with foreign background are associated with higher information disclosure quality.
