农机部件数字化新产品开发关键技术研 究一 基于云制造服务平台 m# watt 广西工业职业技术学院儀作师范高等专科学校计算 机与信息工程学院 随着新兴信息技术的快速发展，农机产品的研发正在向智能化、数字化和科学化 发展。农机新产品的研发是一个庞大而复杂的过程，为了实现农机产品的数字化 设计过程，提出了一种基于云服务平台的农机数字化新产品设计方法。该方法借 助于数字化设计平台，可以资源的共享和分配调度，提高设计效率，降低成本。 为此，采用Autodesk数字化设计平台，从农机模型设计，到编程数控加工，再 到最后的产品检测，实现农机产品的一体化设计。同时，提出了一种多粒度的资 源优选方法，并通过验证发现，利用多粒度算法可以将多目标问题转换为单目 标问题，使优选过程变得智能化，从而在农机加工工序、加工吋间和产品可靠性 上都表现出了较大的优势。 关键词： 农机产品;数字化设计;云制造服务;数控加工;多粒度; 冯双林(1982-),男，河北内丘人，讲师/工程师，硕士研究生， ( ) fengslin0881@163. com。 收稿曰期:2016-12-11 基金：广西壮族自治区教育厅项目(LX2014617) Research on Key Technologies of Digital New Product Development for Agricultural Machinery Parts Based on the Cloud Manufacturing Service Platform Feng Shuanglin Jin Jihong Guangxi Vocational Technical Institute of Industry; School of Computer and Information Engineering， Jiaozuo Teachers College; Abstract： Tn recent years, with the rapid development of new information technology, the research and development of agricultural machinery products is tend to be intelligent，digital and scientific development. It is a huge ancl complicated process for agricultural research and development of new products. In order to realize the digital design process of agricultural machinery products, it puts forward a new design method of digital agricultural products based on cloud services platform. With the help of digital design platform, the method can be shared and allocated resources, improve the efficiency of design and reduce the cost. From the agricultural model design, The auto desk digital design platform can finish the programming of CNC machining, and then test the final product to achieve the integration of agricultural products. A multi granularity resource optimization method, and the experiment shows that, by using the multi granularity algorithm, it can convert the multi-objective problem into single objective problem, make the optimization process become intelligent， resulting in agricultural processing, processing time and product reliability， which has shown gr
