本文提出了物流外包情境下关系质量的六个维度:信任、承诺、依赖、专用性投 资、感知的机会主义行为和创新;构建了以关系行为为中间变量的关系质量提升 物流外包绩效的理论模型,并以492家中国制造企业为研宄样木进行实证检验。 研究结果表明,关系质量对物流外包绩效冇显著直接正向影响,也通过作用于关 系行为的屮间过程对物流外包缋效产生间接影响;信任、专用性投资、创新对关 系行为的正向影响显著;感知的机会主义行为对关系行为具有显著的负向影响; 承诺和依赖对关系行为的影响均不显著。

Abstract:
In this paper, we propose six dimensions measuring the relationship quality in the situation of logistics outsourcing, which consist of trust, commi tment, dependence, specif ic investment, opportuni sm behavior of perception and innovation. We build a theoretical model of the relationship quality’effect on logistics outsourcing performance in which relational behavior acts as an intermediate variable,then an empirical study is made to test the model based on 492 questionnaires data from manufacturing enterprises in China. The results prove that relationship quality not only has direct significant positive effects on logistics outsourcing performance,but also has indirect effects on it through relational behavior. Trust, specific investment and innovation have significant positive influences, opportunism behavior of perception has signif icant negative impact, commi tment and dependence have no significant effects on relational behavior.

随着全球竞争的日益加剧和客户期望的逐步提高,物流外包作为提高物资流通速 度、节省物流费用和减少在途资金积压的有效手段,在市场经济进程屮已经成为 制造企业发展的自然需求,是企业提高自身核心竞争力的必要战略手段之一。
