Research Research on the evaluation system of cadres quality in Zhongshan based on AHP Author：Zeng Ruoting Major：Master of Public Administration Grade：20 1 3 Specialty：Human management of public sector Tutor：Su Xiling Abstract With the continuous deepening of the construction of the service type gox，erlmaent，the people’S attention to the work of the government and service requirements are getting higher and higher,the government’S public service and cadres have higher requirements．And group work cadre as the management of cadres and guide，in the government public service and the building of the contingent of cadres play a crucial role．The political quality of cadres，not only related to the efficiency and quality of work organization and behavior orientation of the majority of Party members and cadres has influence can not be ignored．Therefore，to build a high’quality cadres team．The specific function of the Organization Department，group work cadre must not only have the basic quality of an ordinary Party members and cadres，and should have more hiIgh quality requirements．From established the cadres of the competence characteristic model of,the combination of qualitative and quantitative problems，in the current economic transformation and upgrade and anti—corruption situation，using the scientific evaluation method，establishment of the cadres of the quality evaluation system is particularly important and urgent．Papers to the quality of cadres assessment system as the research subject， in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province，belongs to the group labor cadre as the object of study, using questionnaire surveys，and the analytic hierarchy process，in the literature based on the proposed cadres of the competency model，and establish a model of AHP(analytic hierarchy process)for the quality evaluation． This paper is mainly based on the AHP of the cadres of the quality evaluation system of in—depth analysis and research．Mainly divided into the following parts：the first part： introd
