以交互主体式为基础高校与谐师生关系重构 【摘要】师生关系是一种特殊的社会关系和人际关 系，是教师和学生为实现教育目标，以各自的独特身份和地 位通过教与学的直接交流活动而形成的多性质、多层次的关 系体制。良好的师生关系是教育成功的关键。然而当下高校 师生局限于主客二分的关系当中，无法实现师生和谐，本文 将交互主体运用到师生关系中，强调教师与学生是主体与主 体的新型关系，运用其交互性与共生性，为高校中的师生关 系的重构提供了新的理论基础。 【关键词】交互主体式；和谐；重构 [Abstract] The relationship between teachers and students is a special kind of social relations and interpersonal relations?
