优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 A bs A bstract T his study investigated the basis form ulations of polyurethane grouting m aterialand flam e retardant.C om pound m odify polyurethan w ith solid flam e retardants(m elam in、am m onium polyphosphate、B r)and liquid flam e retardants(D M M P、T C EP).Study on the role ofthe additives and infuence law of the m echanicalproperties.Study on the role of differentflam e retardants to m echanical properties and flam e retardancy of flam e-retardant polyurethane grouting m aterial.The resultindicates as follow ： (1)The basis form ulations ofpolyurethane grouting m aterialas follow ：isocyanate index is 1.02,w ater content w as 0.1% ,sanya ethyl diam ine content w as 0.2% ,stannous tin w as 0.15% ,defoam er content w as 0.8% .The best m echanical properties can reach7.456 M Pa in tension,11.640K Jm -2 in im pact,and17.790M Pa in com pression. (2)The flam e retarded effect of unitary flam e retardant on polyurethane grouting m aterial w ere unconspicuous,w hile the flam e retardancy of polyurethane grouting m aterial w ere im proved significantly by m ultiplex flam e retardant for synergism effect of flam e retardant,the optim um flam e retardantm ix ratio ofB r,D M M P is 1:2. (3)M icroscopic type of m aterial is observed by SEM . A fter flam e retardant,the m aterial surface covered w ith a dense layer of coke .The coke layer can prevent from further burning flam e,and im prove perform ance the flam e-retardantpolyurethane m aterial. (4)Flam e retardantadded can im prove the therm alstabilit,yaverage burning tim e is sharply reduced.
