At the very preliminary developing stage of society, this kind of media was conveyed by personal teaching, but because the transmitting speeds of this kind of teaching is so slow that there appears language communication, which speeds up the spreading of recognition. In fact, the most surprising transmitting way is the appearing of characters, and papers. And in the current time, the appearing of computer is also an important transmitting way. With the development of economy, there are more and more communication ways, such as television, radio, newspaper, public lecture, public activity, etc. Also, because of the development of economy, AIDS gets more and more severe in the world (Kushner M Solorio, 2007). And due to its infection way, many people look down upon those people who get AIDS, they think those people who get AIDS must have an indecent life, they have few AIDS knowledge. No matter in big cities, or in rural areas, there are many people who have a wrong conception and idea about AIDS, so how to change their ideas and teach them how to protect themselves become a series problem in the world now. This text regards designing a communication campaign for Mexico as a case, clarifies how should sensitive message about AIDS issues be conveyed to Mexican audience given the cultural traits of Mexico, and shows that what is the best strategy to reach the purpose. Secondly, the text indicates what kinds of people are the main target audience of the Mexican AIDS campaign and why. Then, the text proposes some propositions for the AIDS cam
