公安基础数据管理摘 公安基础数据管理 摘 要 基于如今社会基础交通数据量大，且对交通管理要求极高的大前提下，本文 研究分析了公安交通管理系统的数据需求量，调查了公安交通部门在管理上存在 的特殊点和特殊要求，基于B／S模式开发设计了本文中的公安交通基础数据管理 系统。文中基于B／S的架构，在浏览器这个逻辑前段实现用户接口，在服务端实 现系统基本功能和数据库访问功能。本文在系统结构上采用经典的三层架构，并 使用C≠f语言实现系统整体框架，利用WPF技术实现用户UI，将操作界面友好的 系统与高效的算法操作结合起来，实现安全可靠、运行高效、易于维护、界面友 好的系统。 本文所设计实现的公安交通基础数据管理系统是一个数据库系统的扩展化， 能够完成基本数据库系统的增删查该功能。系统数据存储格式以及调用接口都有 统一的规范和标准，方便其他部门调用和使用，能提高综合服务水平，提高工作 效率，对交通管理信息化有较大的参考价值。本文设计的公安交通信息管理系统 基本上实现了交通信息的管理业务流程，进一步整合了政府部分交通数据资源， 提高市级公安交通信息管理的信息化水平。本文对于公安交通信息管理系统建设 与设计的研究，对未来交通管理信息化的发展具有一定的研究价值。 关键词：交通数据，公安管理，交通数据采集，B／S模式 万方数据 Abstra Abstra ct Manage system of police transportation can be completed by information，but the structure of the system is out．of-date，the implements work alone，that make it hard to manage all the statistics in several department．Also，the 01d system is not safe when facing the newest hacking technology．It is a necessary to build safety in data， efficient in operation，friendly in UI and highly compatible system． Based in the big data and high quality of transportation system，we did some research in the need of this system，investigated the special principle and command of police department，build the system under the B／S structure．We use the browser as a logical user interface，and do basic functions，such data reading，at server·In the article．we the classical structure of three layer，and C拌to build the system，and WPF to make the UI，combining the UI friendly and algorithm efficiently together， making stable，efficient，changeable and friendly system． Manage system of policy transportation data in the essay is compatible system of the data base．the system can perform the basic function of data base，which add， delete，search and modify．All data storage format and the implements to have a unique protocol，making it easier for other department tO it．It tmprove the service level and service efficient，that means lot for manage system．．The system design in this essay basically fulfilled the transportation information business and
