武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Epoxy resin foamed material has good mechanical performance and heat resistance,which Was developed in 1940s．But compared with high property polymer such as polyimide，epoxy resin is weakened in mechnical performance．So it is necessary to modify it． Technological parameter of epoxy resin foaming is the key technology．In generacal，hilgh property foamed polymers have complicated foaming technology and must be completed on high tempreture．In order to simpUfy foaming technology,the experience shaped foamed material by casting in room temperature．The experiment determined proper die size on the principle of foaming relying on the heat of reaction heat．Also，according to foaming temperature，the experiment choosed anhydrous alcohol as foaming agent舢ydrous alcoh01．is cheap and nonpollutingoand fits the environmental trend well．The experiment coordinated the balance of foaming and caring by adding curing acceleration，controlling reation temperature and time，and controlling temperature of the mould，and perfected the shape of the bubble by adding surfactant． In order to improve the mechnical performance and decrease the density of the foamed material，the experiment use hollow glass bcad to fill epoxy material to shape high property material on basis of mature forming technology of epoxy foamed material．Having analysed the cohesiveness by SEM，the result indicated that silane coupling agent can improve the cohensiveness between the glass bead and the matrix well．The mechnical tese also prove it．The result indicated that the compressive property of foamed material improved as the amount of glass bead increased．The compressive property of foamed material increased by 60％as the amount of the glass beadby 10％． At the same time，the paper discussed the influence of carbon fiber on mechnial and conductivity after madeing epoxy foamed material filled with carbon fiber．The results indicated that carbon fiber can improve the mechnical property．Test
