角形轴承箱六孔钻削组合机床设计 摘要 工业技术的进步带动了制造业的繁荣，组合机床在制造加工行业有着至关重 要的作用。组合机床在我们的生活屮并不陌生，它对我们的影响很大。从轻工业 到重工业都有组合机床的影子。组合机床可完成的加工很多，钻孔只是其屮一部 分。本论文讲述了角形轴承箱六孔钻削组合机床的设计。以下是我的设计步骤： 分析加工零件，明确加工零件的特点和加工要求，然后查资料去了解组合 机床的组合形式和加工特点，去深刻熟悉各种组合机床和多孔钻削的特点，了解 组合机床的设计技巧和方法，制定出符合加工要求的工艺方案。 计算，根据加工要求计算出机床设计所需的各种数据，同时还要选取动力 箱等部件。 三图一卡，首先确定传动轴、主动轴以及驱动轴的位置，然后确定齿轮的 模数和齿数。画出尺寸联系图，多轴箱总图，加工示意图，生产率计算卡。 关键词：组合机床，多轴箱，三图一卡，多孔钻削 The design of angular bear ing box six drilling holemodular machine tool ABSTRACT As a result of the industrial technology progress and to improve the product processing requirements, combination machine tools is becoming more and more popular in terms of product processing.Extensive role of combined machine tool, can complete the processing of many sided, hole processing is most combination machine tools can be completed.This paper tells the story of angular bearing box six drilling hole modular machine tool design.The following is my design steps: Analysis of machining parts, machining parts characteristics and requirements, and then check information to understand the characteristics of the combined form of combination machine tools and processing, to familiar with all kinds of combination machine tools and the characteristics of the porous drilling, understand the design techniques and methods of the modular machine tool.Develop to meet the requirements of machining process. Calculate, calculate the cutting force, cutting torque according to processing requirements, cutting power.According to the cutting motor, spindle box, hydraulic power sliding table, and calculate the diameter of the spindle.
