十目}斗$$^掌Ⅲ±掌m*i 十目}斗$$^掌Ⅲ±掌m*i 交凡#掌掌#鬟生机理挥*与实i叵#* Abstract The sudden rising of cross-discipline is the important mark and signify embodiment of collective development of modern science．To study the mechanism and mode consciously,we promote the inftltration，improve the standard and management of different subjects But far the development of modem cross-science concerned，its is only located in phenomenon and experience，its content，point and rule seldom concerned．Most people only of superficiality,but not the fulfilment Based the previous findings of other people，this paper attempts to find out the monolithic rule of the occurrence，development of cross—science in four points，which from the theory discuss of the mechanism，the quantitative analyse of the occurrence，the frame construction of the mode and the view perspective of the evolvement in the representative area，such duality colony of natural science，cross colony of arts and science，system of comprehensive cross—science，to analyse and study the situation character and the evolvement path of environment science。In light of the above，this thesis try to find out the which result in the jam of science study,and it also interpret the suggestion to renovate conception，arrange system，ensure organization，bring up person，offer reference to the management system construction of science 鱼 鱼 喜 1于 日 ～、问题的提出 目前，在学术、教育、管理界，“交叉科学”已是一个频频亮相的词汇，从各种会 议到各色文件，从课题申报到奖项评审，从课程设置到专业建设，几乎都含有“交叉 科学”的字眼，似乎交叉科学已受到普遍重视。但深入分析，可以发现，在多数场合， 使用“交叉科学”，只是止于现象和经验层面，它所包含的具体内容、发展特点和规律， 却很少有人关注，以至口号层面的“交叉科学”提法居多，而具体落实却很单调和狭 隘。从实质上说，传统的学科观和学科分类体制仍占统治地位，交叉学科被看成了学 科的衍生物，除少数热门交叉学科外，大多数交叉学科生存和发展，都面临种种困境。 交叉学科数量浩繁，形态万千，如何探索交叉学科发展的整体规律、把握交叉的原理 和方法，建设有利于学科交叉的灵活管理机制，充分发挥交叉学科在创新中的作用， 是当前国际科技界、教育界及管理界共同关注的一个重要问题。。 如何完成这一课题，不仅需要不懈的实践探索，同时更需要构建起完整的理论指 导体系：寻求答案的思路不仅要立足于克服对“交叉科学”的误解和偏见，更要从学 科分类、学科管理的角度来思考这一问题。具体地说，求解这一问题的过程也就是对 以下五大命题的回答过程： 命题1：在对“交叉科学”、“交叉科学学科”等基本概念界说问题上，学术界一直 存在着较大争议与分歧，如何正确理解它们的边界和内涵?在现代科学正处于
