万方数据 万方数据 Investigation on the caesarean scar pregnancy patients’ menstruation after UAE Major: Obstetrics and Gynecology Deparment Postgraduate:Yang La Supervisor:Zhou Zun lun [Abstract] To investigate the CSP patients’ recovery menstrual by the different treatment. Methods:A total of 54 patients with caesarean scar pregnancy which diagnoised by color doppler ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed in Hospital Affiliated to Guiyang Medical College from January 2008 to October 2014.After the loss of visit and exclusion, there are 45 patients with caesarean scar pregnancy were followed. According to the value of β-human chorionic gonadotropin, gestational sac or mixed bag piece under ultrasound blood flow signals, focal distance uterine serous membrane layer thickness, as well as the patients will, etc., to the different methods of treatment. According to the different treatment methods for the patients after admission,it was divided into group A, group B and group C.In group A, people are treatment by Uterine artery interventional embolization; group B is curing by the treatment of Uterine artery interventional embolization+methotrexate, group C is only therapy by the methotrexate. Collecting the basic information of the three treatment groups from case library , including the age,the number of pregnancy and abortion. Telephone follow-up of three groups of patients after treatment with different methods, the HCG fell to normal,how is the patients’ first menstruation tide.which contains the time of the recovery of the menstruation,the normal period menstruation time and the quantity . Then making these datas to statistical analysis and comparison. Results: about the recovery time: ①menstrual recovery time of the three groups:In group A,the shortest time is 27 days,the longest time is 65 days,by average is 40.73±10.75 days when menstrual period returns to normal in group B,the shortest in30 days,longest in 50 days,by average 40.57±6.66days,in group C
