儿科门诊的护患纠纷隐患及相应干预对策研究 杨晓 （四川省达州市妇幼保健院 四川 达州635000） 【摘要】目的：分析儿科门诊的护患纠纷隐患，提出切实可行的干预对策, 并观察干预效果。方法：以我院于2014年01月开始实施护理风险管理为界，于 实施前、实施后分别选取1200例患儿为观察对象，实施前1200例为对照组，实 施后1200例为研究组，观察两组护理风险事件发生的差异。结果：研究组的护 理失误、候诊风险、意外事件、环境布局、沟通解释、诊疗结果及法律意识等的 发生率与对照组相比明显更低（PV0.05）。结论：针对儿科门诊的护理纠纷隐患， 给予全面、系统的分析，并配合有针对性的干预对策，可有效减少护理风险事件 的发生，降低护患纠纷隐患。 【关键词】儿科门诊；护患纠纷；护理风险事件 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2016） 22-0048-02 Hidden trouble of nurse patient disputes in outpatient department of Pediatrics and corresponding intervention countermeasures Yang Xiao.
