Voice is a tool for people to communicate.With the increasing development of computer technology, computer multimedia technology for speech synthesis became useful.So that voice become a tool for the commucicate computer and people. A good speech synthesis system is that can let various languages share one synthesis algorithm, or speech synthesis, and have a strong sense of rhythm, very close to natural language. In this paper, in order to synthesis the natural voice ,we discuss the natural characteristics of Chinese speech sounds, changes in laws and sound effects and evaluation methods for detailed analysis. Through these analyses we find a new speech synthesis technology and achieved an effective voice synthesis technology to provide highly efficient in the community, up to the habit of natural language speech synthesis solutions to try to do something meaningful and exploration.
