健脾补肾汤对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制的影响 健脾补肾汤对环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓抑制的影响 PAGE PAGE 2 （3）健脾补肾汤可以升高免疫抑制小鼠血中 CD3+、CD4+的比例，降低 CD8+比例， 提示该药可提高小鼠细胞免疫，而对骨髓造血起到调控作用。 （4）健脾补肾汤通过升高骨髓抑制小鼠血清中 IL-6 的水平，刺激小鼠机体造血。 关键词：健脾补肾汤；骨髓抑制；环磷酰胺；免疫 Abstract Objective: This research, which is based on effect of jianpi bushen decoction in the preventing and treatment of toxicandside-effect caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy in clinical application, investigated the influence and mechanism of jianpi bushen decoction in regulation of hematopoiesis and provide theory base for clinical application. Methods: 60 kunming male mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, high, medium and low dose of jianpi bushen decoction groups and control group. Each mouse of every group intraperitoneal injection CTX except for normal group, it were intraperitoneally given the same dose of saline. Intragastric administration after injecting CTX was adopted once a day for 7 days. The normal and model groups were given the same dose of saline. The venous blood samples were taken on 24 hours after the last gavage. Using full-automatic blood-cell counter to measure peripheral hemogram, assaying IgM by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, IgG and IL-6 by radioimmunoassay and T-Cell subsets by flow cytometry. Results: The influence on peripheral blood corpuscle: the number of WBC was increased in every jianpi bushen decoction groups and control group. Compared with model group the WBC increased obviously in jianpi bushen decoction of high, medium dosis groups and control group (P0.05) , but there was no statistically significance between each jianpi bushen decoction groups and the control group. Red blood cells can be increased in each jianpi bushen decoction group. Compare with the model group and control group, high dose jianpi bushen decoction group can significantly increase RBC(P0.05); the PLT increased significantly in the jianpi bushen decoction of low and medium dosis groups(P 0.05).
