中文摘要 中文摘要 PAGE PAGE IV PAGE PAGE III 论文题目：基于 OE 的设备维护维修信息系统体系的研究 专 业：管理科学与工程 硕 士 生：马 龙(签名) 指导教师：方 明(签名) 摘 要 随着生产设备的广泛使用和设备维护维修信息化的快速发展，石油天然气生产企业 为了加强设备维护维修管理，需要对生产设备进行信息化建设。由于油气生产企业设备 种类多、维护维修工作量大，设备维护维修信息系统的建设仅局限于某个管理部门或局 部功能，信息系统体系的设计需要从企业生产管理整体考虑建设。 本文针对油气生产设备维护维修信息系统体系的优化设计问题，在研究 OE 管理系 统、信息系统体系架构理论、SOA 软件体系结构与多智能体理论分析与应用等基础上， 首先，提出了以 OE 管理优化理念为基础的设备维护维修信息系统的总体架构，并将其 与传统的设备维护维修信息系统体系进行对比分析，实现了分布式环境下企业设备维护 维修信息系统体系的整体设计，通过以长庆油田长北项目部的设备维护维修管理为例， 构建了基于 SOA 的 OPEMISA 软件体系结构，验证了 SOA 软件体系结构的合理性；其 次，面对油气生产设备运行过程中产生的信息量大、类型多的特点，提出 OPEMISA 数 据信息体系结构，采用数据仓库技术实现了设备维护维修中的大量数据分类和组织方式。 最后，将人工智能领域中的多智能体技术应用到设备维护维修信息系统中，提出了基于 多智能体的 OPEMISA 应用软件系统结构，实现了智能化的设备维护维修管理和决策。 关键词：信息系统 设备维护维修 体系结构 SOA 多智能体 OE 论文类型：应用研究 英文摘要 Subject: research on the Equipment Maintenance Information System Architecture based on OE Speciality: Management science and engineering Name: Ma Long(signature) Instructor: Fang Ming(signature) ABSTRACT With the wide use of production equipment and rapid development of equipment maintenance informatization,oil and gas production enterprise need to productive equipment information construction in order to strengthen the maintenance of equipment maintenance management.
