基于快速康复外科理念的中医护理在妇科围手术期的应用研究.PDFVIP

·42 · 沈阳医学院学报 Journal of ShenyangMedical College 第 19卷 第 1期 2017年1月 基于快速康复外科理念的中医护理在妇科围手术期的应用研究 1 2 1 2 2 杨海英 ，谢丽叶 ，招燕珍 ，曾坤梅 ，杨丹 （1.广东湛江市第一中医医院妇科，广东 湛江 240043；2.广东湛江中心人民医院） ［摘要］目的：探讨快速康复外科理念指导的中医护理在妇科手术患者围手术期中应用的效果。方法：将60 例妇科手术患 者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30 例。对照组在围手术期采用妇科常规的护理措施；观察组实施快速康复外科理念指 导的中医护理模式。对比2 组护理前后患者的心理状况 （SDS、SAS 评分）、首次排气、排便时间及下床活动、进食、住院 时间及患者的主观护理满意度。结果：观察组护理后的SDS、SAS 评分较护理前下降且低于同期的对照组 （P0.01 ）。观 察组患者术后首次排气、排便时间及下床活动、进食均较对照组快，住院时间亦短于对照组 （t 值分别为18.0605、 4.1064、7.6659、21.5010 和4.856，P 均0.01 ）。观察组患者的主观护理满意度较对照组高 （Hc=21.7272 ，P0.01 ）。结论： 快速康复外科理念配合中医护理在妇科围手术期中的运用，可有效促进患者术后康复，提升护理满意度。 ［关键词］快速康复外科理念；中医护理；妇科；围手术期 ［中图分类号］R473.71 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］1008-2344（2017）01-0042-03 doi：10.16753/j.cnki.1008-2344.2017.01.014 Application of Traditional Chinese Medical Nursing Guided by Fast-track Surgery in Perioperative PeriodofGynecologicalSurgery 1 2 1 2 2 YANGHaiying ，XIELiye ，ZHAOYanzhen ，ZENGKunmei ，YANGDan （1.DepartmentofGynecology，ZhanjiangFirstHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicine，Zhanjiang240043，China；2.ZhanjiangPeoplesHospital） ［Abstract ］Objective：TostudythetraditionalChinesemedical （TCM）nursingguidedbyfast-tracksurgeryinperioperative periodofgynecologicalsurgery.
