I I 江苏省高中青年数学教师评优课的分析与研究 中文摘要 江苏省高中青年数学教师评优课的分析与研究 中文摘要 江苏省高中青年数学教师评优课的参赛者是各市筛选出来的优秀青年教师， 评优课一定程度上反映了江苏省高中数学教学的现状和水平，具有较强的导向性 和示范性．本研究通过文献综述、问卷调查、专家访谈、录像带分析等方法，指 出目前高中数学评优课的优点与不足，通过对四节获得 2011 年高中青年数学教师 评优课一等奖录像的深入分析，揭示了这些评优课的共同特点：学生在教学过程 中体现主体地位，教师发挥主导作用；教师鼓励学生主动学习，合作学习；采用 探究式学习方式；教学目的明确；多媒体使用得当；教师课堂组织好；教学情境 引人入胜；学生不会主动提问；课堂小结恰到好处． 研究结果表明，目前高中数学评优课的优点是：参赛者得到学习与进步，研 究者的理论与实践相结合，青年教师专业得到提升．存在的不足是：教师“满堂 问”，学生不会用数学家的眼光看问题；借班上课，学生不易接受；忽视概念产生 的过程；准备时间充裕，预设多生成少；评课流于形式，没有揭示实质． 调查还发现：学生不喜欢合作学习，喜欢教师使用多媒体，评优课后本班的 数学老师会对内容进行补讲．教师参加评优课大多是为了获奖，晋升职称职务， 评优课不适用于常态课，评优课对提高青年教师的专业水平有所帮助，但是评优 课的评价不是很公平． 本研究对评优课的建议是：数学课堂上鼓励学生发问；数学课堂要吸引学生； 走出课堂预设，生成演绎精彩；建立健全评课标准． 关键词：高中数学；青年数学教师；评优课 作 者：朱艳燕 指导老师：徐稼红 II II 英文摘要 江苏省高中青年数学教师评优课的分析与研究 Analysis and Research of Jiangsu Province High School Youth Mathematics Teachers Appraised Lesson Abstract Contestants of Jiangsu Province high school youth mathematics teachers appraised lesson are all excellent young teachers selected from different cities. Appraised lessons to a certain extent reflect teaching’ present situation and levels in high school in Jiangsu Province, which have direction and demonstration. This study points out the advantages and disadvantages of these lessons by means of documentation summary, question investigation, expert interview, videotape analysis and so on. By deeper analyzing the video of four appraised lesson, which won the first prize in high school among young teachers; this study reveals the common characteristics of these lessons: students play the main part role in teaching process, while teachers play the leading role; teachers encourage students to study actively and cooperatively, teachers employ teaching method; study aim is clear; multi-media is properly used; teachers well organize the lessons; teaching situation is attractive; students cant actively ask questions; the conclusions of lessons are just right.
