摘 要 随着 Internet 技术的发展，基于网络的远程教育得到了长足的发展。但目 前远程教育的教学质量却无法及时得到评估监管。因为远程教育不是面对面的进 行教学，教学管理层不能及时掌握教学质量，教师不能及时从学生那里得到教学 效果的评价，学生也不能及时巩固所学知识。这就限制了远程教育的教学效果。 建立远程教育教学质量评估系统的目的是，对远程教育教学质量进行实时监管评 估，从而保证远程教育的教学效果。 本课题主要以远程教育为研究对象，对贵州电大远程教育的教学活动进行 了深入、详细的系统调查与分析，开发了适用于远程教育的教学质量评估系统。 系统共设计了用户注册、教学评价、后台管理三个功能界面，根据教学质量评估 系统建模的实际需求，建立了系统的用例图、类图、顺序图和活动图。本文在对 国内外教学评估比较研究的基础上，提出了系统的开发原型，对系统的开发做了 需求分析，描述了系统流程，分析了系统功能，详细介绍了数据库的设计与实现， 并对系统各个功能界面进行了详细设计，最后给出了系统部分代码与界面。系统 运行于 Internet 上，运用 B/S 相结合的体系结构，采用 ASP+SQL 编程，通过对 参评人员的原始数据进行采集，利用 SQL Server 作为系统的后台数据库存储。 实践证明，本课题开发的教学评估系统基本能够实现预定的功能，初步实 现了对远程教学过程的监控、反馈、评价等功能。 关键词：教学评估 系统 UML SQL ASP ABSTRACT With the development of Internet technology, distance education based on the Internet has achieved rapid progress. But the teaching quality of distance education can not be promptly evaluated. Distance education is not conduced face-to-face, and relevant teaching management units can not take the whole situation under control, while teachers cant get in time the feedbacks on teaching effects, and students cant timely consolidate what they have learned, which limits the teaching effect. The aim of teaching quality evaluation system is to offer a timely supervision and evaluations to assure the teaching effects o distance education. This study program aims at implementing in-depth, detailed and systematic surveys and analyses of the distance education in Guizhou Radio TV University, for the purpose of developing distance education quality assessment system. System design three functional interface, such as user registration, evaluation portal, back-stage management. According to the actual modeling demand of teaching quality assessment system, case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams have been constructed.
