中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 Study on Comprehensive Safety Assessment of Coke Enterprises Wei Sheng tao Supervisor: Prof. Zhang Shu hai Abstract With the development of coke industry, the problem and potential threat exist in coke enterprises become more and more evident, especially is the safety, health and environment problems. Many reasons can responsible for the frequent explosion and environment pollution, such as the great amount of flammable, explosive material and toxicant,under-safety requirement facilities, the unsuitable use and maintenance of equipment, morbidity of management rules, poor qualified staff and so on.which bring tremendous loss and influence to the society. Safety assessment is the premise of safety management, it relate to the progress of the safety management directly. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the study on safety assessment of coke enterprises，which play an important role in preventing and controling the accident to insure the safety function of coke plant. Firstly, the status quo of safety assessment is concluded, and then the existent problems are pointed out at the basis of analyzing the condition of the safety assessment in our coke enterprises. Secondly, from the aspects of personnel, equipment and facilities, environment and management, the author analyzed the primary factors of impacting the safety of coke enterprises.the main causes to such accidents are gained through the ananlysis of the accident statistics.According to the investigation on the spot and expert suggestions, the assessment index system is revised and a more perfect one is obtained. Thirdly, on the basis of analyzing the suitable scale and shortage of different assessment methods and selecting principle, taking account of the characteristics of coke enterprises, a collective thought that put fuzzy comprehensive assessment into coke enterprises is put forward.
