⑧ ⑧ 硕士学位论文 MASTER’S TIIESIS 摘要 教育是一种特殊的产业是由教育具有的生产性、有价性和特 殊性决定的。我们所说的教育产业化就是要把教育作为国民经济 的一个部门，并实现教育经济效益的最大化。在我国确立教育可 以也必须产业化的观念，就在理论上解决了教育体制改革的理论 障碍，也为我国进行普通中学的办学体制改革指明了方向。当前 我国普通中学的办学体制虽经二十年的改革仍无法适应市场经济 条件下发展中学教育的要求，急待进一步改革，而在继续坚持政 府办学为主的同时，继续大力推行办学主体多元化，建立、健全 适应教育市场竞争的公立中学运营模式，重点发展民办中学，使 我国形成公立中学，民办中学在教育立扬良性竞争的局面，才能 使教育真正成为促进国民经济发展的具有基础性、多功能性、先 导性的重要产业。 V 、 、 关键词：教育产业 产业化 办学体制 AbstractEducalion Abstract Educalion b a kind of special i_ndus％ial for its of chatter production，value and Daniculanless．The education industrial we state is that we should take the education as a department of national economy，and try to achieve the maximum of economic benefit．At the sanle time，We must establish the sense that education must industrialized，which resolves the theoretical obstacle of education system reformation and points out the direction of running ordinary Schools system in our country．At present，although our system of running ordinary schools haS been reformed for about two decades，it still Can’t meet the need of middle schools education development under the market economy，and it needs further reformation eagerly．Therefore，at the same time of going on running Schools by the government， we should go on devoting major efforts to running schools by various aSpects， establish and perfect the running model of Public school which adopts the education market competition．Mean while，put the emphasis on developing middle schools run by local people，in order to shape a prospect that the schools run by government and by local people compete beneficially in Our country’S educational market only doing like these，We Can really make education to be all important industry in Our national economy development which has basic，various function and guide characters． Key Words：education industrial，industrialize，running schools’system 导 导 言 产业，一般而言，是指从事国民经济中同一性质的生产部门或其他社 会、经济活动的企业、事业、机关团体的总和，即在社会分工条件下的国民 经济各部门的总和。在市场经济条件下，教育产业化就是指在国民经济体系 中，通过市场机制和竞争机制的作用，实现教育资源的合理配置，优化教育 结构，使教育产业与其他产业部门和国民经济
