II II ABSTRACT Since the 1990s， Chinas exports maintain a rapid growth trend， by 2009， China has become the worlds largest exporting country． But in recent years， with the acceleration of the appreciation of the RMB， labor and raw material prices are rising， the traditional advantage of Chinas exports began to weaken， shrinking external demand which result from the financial crisis in 2008， these factors result in export growth started to slow down ， Chinas export trade is facing serious challenges． Therefore, the measures taken to further promote the growth of Chinas exports go to become to be an important research subject for us．The theoretical and empirical research to prove that financial development can be an important source of comparative advantage of a countrys trade， a sound financial system for enterprises to overcome the fixed costs of the export financing， thereby increasing the export volume and export orientation． At present，most of the scholars from the perspective of the total volume of trade and trade structure analysis of the relationship between financial development and export trade， few scholars to explain the relationship between the two from the perspective of the binary margin． In theoretical research，firstly the paper comment the literature from the angles of the binary margin and the influence of financial development on binary margin ；then followed in the heterogeneity of trade theory established by Chaney (2005) we analyze financial development’s influence mechanism on trade binary margin: on the one hand the deepening of financial development can help export enterprises to overcome liquid constraints resulted from the export fixed costs， which can promote extensive margin of growth， on the other hand it can promote innovation of enterprises to drive business productivity improve， thereby enhancing intensive margin of growth export． In empirical research，I use 2000-2009 HS6 digit micro trade data，and to learn from Hummels and K
