暨南大学硕士学位论文 暨南大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 新型城镇化是我国的社会经济发展中独具特色的城镇化道路,新型城镇化 是我国的经济实现可持续发展和进一步扩大内需的必然要求。新型城镇化不但有 利于我国的产业结构的调整，并且也有利于我国社会经济的协调发展。金融作为 市场经济发展的过程中的产物，它是信用和货币的相互结合。金融能够利用货币、 创造信用等功效对经济社会的发展产生影响。金融作为经济发展的血液，它的作 用在逐渐的增强，尤其是在经济全球化的背景下金融的作用变得尤为重要。笔者 在参阅国内外学者对金融发展与城镇化的相关的研究的基础上,首先，阐述了新 型城镇化和金融发展的相关理论。其次，分析了金融发展对城镇化影响的机制， 并且分析了我国新型城镇化过程中金融支持现状和存在的问题。再次，在参考国 内外其他研究者研究的基础上选择了金融发展规模、金融发展效率等指标，采用 我国 31 个省或市的面板数据，对金融发展与新型城镇化的关系进行了实证研究。 并实证得出金融发展规模能够推动新型城镇化的发展，能够推动产业结构的优化 升级，减少城乡收入差距，而金融发展效率对新型城镇化和收入差距没有显著的 影响作用，但是对产业结构优化升级具有负面的作用。最后,提出为使得金融发 展能更好的推动新型城镇化进程的政策建议和措施。 关键词：新型城镇化；面板数据；实证分析；金融发展 I Abstract New urbanization is a unique road of urbanization in China with our economical development. The new urbanization is the inevitable requirement of the sustainable development of economy and the expansion of domestic demand in China. Not only the new urbanization can be able to promote the industrial structure adjustment of the China, but also could be good for the balanced development of economic．Finance is the product of the development of economic, it is a combination of credit and currency.Finance could use of its’ function on monetary and credit affect creation economic development and social development. Financial has known as the blood of the economic development,it is become more and more important ,especially under the background of economic globalization. The author has read the relevant research of on financial development and urbanization by domestic and foreign scholars. Firstly, it tries to explain the relationship of theories of new urbanization and financial development. Secondly, I have analysis of the financial that how to affect on new urbanization, and also analysis of current situation and the existing problems in the process of financial supporting for new urbanization in China. Then based on the domestic and foreign researcher, and chose financial scale and financial efficiency indicators to empirical researching, using the panel data of thirty-one provinc
