摘 摘 要 金融生态是一个从自然生态的概念中引中H{来的仿生概念，它的提出为解决我 国金融问题提供了新的思考模式，是我国日白订金融改革难点的出路所在，因此研究 金融生态问题具有重大的学术价值和实践意义。本文探讨金融生态圈的建设问题， 是基于这一背景下的一次尝试性的理论探讨。 本文首先分析_『自然生态系统的一般构成与功能，借鉴了qi态系统在其他经济 领域中的应用，为后文的金融生态圈模型的构建提供实践依据。经比较，奉文认为 金融系统与自然系统在很多方面具有相通性，但是金融系统也有其自身特异性，金 融生态圈的创建超越了生物链，超越了弱肉强食，更强调的是一种和谐的共处关系， 强调各要素之间协调发展的共赢局面。 其次，本文探讨了金融生态圈的。般内涵，提出金融生态圈内涵的四大方而， 即生态平衡、公乎、效率、可持续发展。并通过对已有金融牛态圈概念的评折，界 定出本文“会融生态圈”的概念。在此基础，}-，仿效自然生态系统的一般构成及相 互关系，构建出金融生态圈的结构模型，并洋细分析了模型中备纽成部分的结构和 功能。 接着，本文根据金融生态圈结构模型，对金融生态圈内外部相互作用机理作进 一步深入分析。首先从金融结构的合理性、金融机构与金融市场的分布情况、金融 系统内部与金融生态环境几个方面分析了金融生态圈的朗调机理，然后分刖分析了 金融生态圈内资会、信息、人才和技术等要素的流动机制，最后借用自然生态系统 中物种关系来描述会融生态圈各要素关系，分别为：共生关系、寄牛关系、附生关 系、竞争互利关系。 最后，实证分析，本文将金融生态圈模型应用到两部地区的金融系统中。通过 对西部地区金融体系问题的诊断，提出构建西部地区金融牛态圈结构，认为西部地 区金融生态圈的构建巾应做以下几方而：培育强有力的关键物种，弥补食物链与生 物网的缺陷，健全多样化物种以及优化金融生态环境。 关键词：金融生态；金融生态罔；金融结构；实证分析 AbstractThe Abstract The financial ecosystem is a concept drawed from the natural ecosystem．It provides a new thinking mode for financial problems of our country,and it is an exit of financial reformation in our country．Thus，studying the problems of the financial ecosystem has important academic and practice values．Under this background，this text try to make some contributions in the theory ofthe financial ecosystem． Firstly,this text analyzes the general composing and functions of the natural ecosystem， and draws lessons from other economic realms which apply the ecosystem system． Through the comparison，this text thinks the financial system and natural systems have much in conunon，but the financial system also has its owrl particularity,the financial ecosystem exceed the living creature chain，and sumiount the law of the jungle，It pays more attention in a kind of harmonious relationship，and emphasizes a mutual benefit situation among all main factors． Secondly,this text discnsses the general content of the financial ecosystem，putting forward four generous sides which are the ecosystem balance，equity,etIiciency， continuable development．This text also define the concept of
