论文提要本文主要以金融全球化为背景，从其趋势特征对全球金融体系的脆弱性进彳亍了分 论文提要 本文主要以金融全球化为背景，从其趋势特征对全球金融体系的脆弱性进彳亍了分 析，从而对金融全球化进行反思，并对其所造成的包括中国在内的众多发展中国家在 金融安全方面的负面影响及发展中国家维护自身金融安全的战略及对策进行了论述及 探讨。 论文共分三章，第一章主要阐明金融全球化的概念并重点阐述了金融全球化的进 程及表现形式，并对其动因进行了分析。第二章分析了金融全球化背景下发展中国家的 金融安全。篇中首先论述了金融全球化的正负面效应，提出了金融脆弱性的概念，着 重从金融全球化的趋势特征对全球金融体系的脆弱性进行了分析。通过对金融全球化 的反思，提出了金融安全的概念，深入分析了金融全球化背景下广大发展中国家的金 融安全所面临的挑战与困境，并对其维护金融安全的战略和对策进行了探讨。本文第 三章专门对中国在经济会融全球化背景下的金融安全进行了论述和探讨。这是由于， 虽然我国在东南亚金融危机中能够免受波及，但并不表明我国金融行、fk就是舍融全球 化浪潮中一叶稳如泰山的安全之舟，作为最大的发展中国家，我国的会融安全至关重 要。我国既面临广大发展中围家在金融全球化背景下所面临的共同问题，也有自身所 特有的、较凸现的问题，因此要适应金融全球化的大背景，并维护自身的金融安全， 我国除了可以参考一般发展中国家的战略和政策以外，还应该结合自身情况，制定并 选择战略及对策。 金融全球化是全球经济发展大势所趋，包括中国在内的广大发展中国家要充分了 解金融全球化条件下危机与机遇并存的特征，树立信心，制定有效的应对及发展战略 对策，放稳前进的步伐，在劣势中求生存、求发展，努力维护自身的金融安全才能金 融全球化大潮中立于不败之地。 关键词：金融全球化金融脆弱性金融安全发展中国家 ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In this article，the writer analyses the frangibility of the global financial system under the background of financial globalization，discusses and explores the strategies and countermeasures that developing countries(including China)can take to overcome the negative effect on the countries’financial safety led by the financial globalization． This dissertation is basically divided into 3 chapters．In the first chapter，the writer mainly specifies the concept of financial globalization as well as its development，the reasons that pushed the development and the performance of it，In the center chapter，the writer discusses the developing countries’financial safety under the financial globalization，in which a“financial frangibility”concept is put forward after the analysis of the positive and negative effects of the financial globalization，then the writer underscore the frangibility of the global financial system by highlighting some of the characteristics concerning the trend of this globalization，which followed by the concept of“financial safety”，then the writer gives in— depth analysis about the challenges and difficulties which the developing countries confront under the financial global
