Methods: Selection orthopaedic patients as objects of study and investigation in our hospital, from Sep to Dec in 2015, patients with routine rmrsing during the period of set as the control group (n = 1024), bet wee n Jan emd Mar in 2016, patients with high qual ity care were set up as the implementation group (n = 968) . The effect of two groups of patient care used the questionnaire survey method to comparative analysis, questionnaire with orthopaedic inpatients susceptibility index questionnaires to investigate. Results: Tn implementation group, the patient safcty, humanistic care, professional skills emd saniteition rating and the feeling of inpatient of each patient were superior to the patient in control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P 0.001) .Conclusion: High quality nursing service mode can promote the nurses working entbusiasm and initiative, to improve the quality of nursing care effectively improve orthopaedics hospitalized patients in hospital.
