优质护理模式在前列腺增生症患者病情康复中的应用效果 张静 卢玮 四川省达州市中心医院泌尿外科 635000 【摘要】目的：探究前列腺增牛患者在病情康复中应用优质护理模式的临床 效果。方法：抽取2013年10月-2015年1月在我院就诊的100例前列腺增生患 者进行临床研究，随机分为观察组与对照组，所有患者均接受传统功能性护理, 观察组患者在此基础上接受优质护理，在护理过程中观察患者的心理状态，在护 理结束后对患者的心理状态及牛活质量进行评分并比对总结。结果：经护理治疗 后，两组患者的SAS (焦虑自评量表)、SDS (抑郁自评量表)评分均得到显著降 低，观察组患者的心理状态改善情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义 (Plt;0.05)；对患者的牛活质量进行评估，观察组的患者牛活质量明显高于对 照组，具有统计学差异(Pt;0.05)o结论：针对前列腺增生患者，应用优质护 理模式可有效降低患者SAS、SDS评分，改善患者心理状态，并且有助于提高患 者的牛活质量，可在临床中推广使用。 【关键词】优质护理模式；前列腺增牛；病情康复；应用效果 The application effect of high quality nursing model in the rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia 【Abstract]Objective： To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing model in the rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 100 patients from October 2013 to January 2015 with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were treated with traditi on al fun ctional nursi ng. The patie nts in the observati on group were treated with high quality nursing. Results： After treatment, the scores of two groupsrsquo;SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale), SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)were significantly lower; the psychological status of the patients in the observation group were sign讦icantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically sign讦icant (Plt;0.05); The quality of life of patients were assessed, the quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group, with statistical differenee (Plt;0.05).
