优质护理服务在泌尿外科中的临床应用 唐雅荣 (四川省平昌县人民医院泌尿外科四川平昌636400) 【摘要】目的：探讨优质护理服务在泌尿外科护理中的临床应用。方法：对 2014年2月?2016年2月期间我院泌尿外科收治的80例患者的临床资料进行回 顾性研究，将80例泌尿外科患者随机均分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组采 用常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上提供优质护理服务，护理结束后，比较两组 患者对护理服务的满意度、治疗的依从性及术后并发症的发牛情况。结果：观察 组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组，并发症的发牛率显著低于对组，两组比较 差异有显著性(Plt;0.05)o结论：在泌尿外科疾病的护理中应用优质护理服务 可以提高疾病治疗效果，减少护理纠纷和并发症的发牛，提高患者的满意度。 【关键词】优质护理服务；泌尿外科；临床应用；满意度 【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2015) 22-0006-02 Clinical application of high quality nursing service in Department of Urology Tang Yarong . Methods To February 2014 to 2015 during the month of February in our hospital uropoiesis surgical department were 80 cases of patients with clinical data were retrospectively studied, 80 cases of urological patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each, the control group was treated with routine nursing, observe group based on high quality of nursing service, nursing after the end, compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing service, treatment compliance and postoperative complications. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidenee of complications was sign讦icantly lower than that of the group, there was significant difference between the two groups (Plt;0.05).
