ABSTRACT
The business performance management system is a human resource management system
developed by the Neusoft Group. The system is specially provided to Chinese customers by
summarizing the current Chinese enterprise ’s human resource system and considering the actual
users ’s requirements. The system could be divided into these modules according to the function:
position management, people management, salary management, time management, employee
self-service, information center and report management center. And now, the system remains in
the development stage to improve the original version which may cause some new mistakes. As
the key to safeguard quality, the testing work plays an important role by identifying mistakes and
providing these mistakes to developers for fixing.
As a human resource management system and being used by the staff of the China
Pacific Insurance, the system has a high demand on the function and performance. The aim of the
paper is to make a reasonable, efficient, enforceable performance testing plan under the complex
function construction and the limited human and material resources. The reasonable, efficient
performance testing plan in the paper is based on the project background, the function features and
the actual demands in performance . Specifically, the research contents of the paper are as follows:
