This paper focus on the public housing green construction evaluation following research: This paper in the domestic and foreign green construction assessment research was based on extensive research, expounds the conception, characteristics and principle of the green construction of the public rental housing, and the concept of evaluation of green public rental housing construction, object and scope are introduced, and taking it as a theoretical basis and support of the research, combined with the index system construction principles and construction ideas, including the establishment of the conservation of energy resources utilization, reduce the environmental load, comprehensive management of three aspects, including public housing assessment system of green construction, comprehensive, systematic and quantitative assessment standards of each index at the same time.
