I I 摘 要 石化企业在国民经济中占据着重要地位，对国家的能源战略稳定具有重要作 用。在外部激烈竞争与内部改制上市的双重压力下，发挥大型石化生产企业特别 是国有能源企业的龙头带动作用，需要在人力资源管理领域特别是薪酬领域有新 的突破。 本文依据现代薪酬理论与方法，以岳阳 XC 石化股份有限公司为个案研究对 象，对企业薪酬管理现状进行了深入研究。通过对 XC 石化薪酬管理现状透彻的 分析，运用宽带薪酬管理的先进理念，完成了包括薪酬设计原则，工作分析与工 作评价，确定薪酬结构，设计宽带薪酬层级在内的可操作的宽带薪酬设计方案。 通过研究，取得了两方面的成果。 一、文中通过采用定量分析法、定性分析法、对比分析法、分析综合法、案 例研究法等一系列研究方法，提出了一套完整的宽带薪酬导入模式，如：设计原 则、设计流程、评价体系等。 二、运用宽带薪酬思想提出针对岳阳 XC 石化股份有限公司的薪酬设计方 案，有力地配合了岳阳 XC 石化股份有限公司的人力资源改革工作。对石化企业 具有一定参考和借鉴价值。 关键词： 薪酬； 薪酬管理； XC 石化； 宽带薪酬 II II ABSTRACT Petrochemical enterprise occupies an important status in the national economy , plays an important role in stability of energy stratery. Under double pressure of external intense competition and internal restructuring, to play a major leading role petrochemical enterprises, especially national energy enterprises, which promote the human resources management, especially the Pay system. This article which took the Yueyang XC petrochemical Limited liability company as the study object, has conducted the deep research to the present situation of the enterprise Pay management, according to the modern Pay theory and the method. Through the thorough analysis to present situation of the XC petrochemical Pay management, the utilization of advanced idea of the broadbanding Pay management, has completed the feasible design proposal of broadbanding Pay, which includes the principle of Pay design, the work analysis and the job evaluation, the confirmation of Pay structure, the design of broadbanding Pay level. We have found the achievements as followed through the research. First, the article proposes a set of the complete broad banding pay pattern, through uses a series of research technique, such as the quota analytic method, the qualitative analytic method, the contrast analytic method, the analysis and synthesis method, for example: Principle of design, design cycle, appraisal system and so on.
