“文化+”视角下的传统风景区规划策略探讨 ——以烟台昆嵛山景区为例 杨兰，孙婷 摘要：当前的昆嵛山区片虽然历史源远流长、生态气息盎然、文化底蕴浓厚，但并没有形成一个向心力强 的旅游休闲目的地，在意识形态上形成一个易于被消化的文化概念。问题的关键在于如何通过规划手段从 历史文化传承的视角出发，将 “文化+”的理念植入，梳理出适合当前昆嵛山且具有鲜明主题形象的发展新 思路，为此本文分别从宏观、中观、微观三个层级，从“文化+”视角对昆嵛山区片规划策略主题进行定位， 提出“海上仙山.道中昆嵛.心下真性”的规划思路，通过逐级分析，强调其 “海上.道中.心下”渐进过程 的同时，也是一个从 “外界环境”到 “客观实体”再到 “心灵深处”的 “上、中、下”的层级递进关系， 阐述区片发展历史渊源基础之上的现实意义，以此希望通过“文化+”理念的植入形成规划手段贯彻体现昆 嵛山区片特色，逐级汇聚产生向心力量，最终形成从物质实体到意识形态上鲜明的易于被消化的整体概念， 以此来强化和提升整个大区域范围内的旅游休闲文化内涵丰度，也在一定程度上促进区片的文化传承。 关键词：文化+，文化传承，历史文脉，规划主题，规划策略 DiscussiononTraditional ScenicAreaPlanning Strategy fromthePerspective of Culture+——AnExampleofKunyu ScenicAreainYantai Abstract:Although the current history of Kunyu Mountain area has a long history, ecological atmosphere and strong cultural background, it has not formed a centripetal and strong tourist leisure destination, and forms a cultural concept that is easily digested in ideology.
