西华大 西华大学硕士学位论文 关于社 关于社会主义新农村文化建设的探索与思考 摘 要 社会主义新农村建设是一项集经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文 明建设“五位一体”的全面系统性工程。社会主义新农村文化建设是社会主义新农村建 设的重要内容，对于推动农村经济发展、提升农民生活质量、促进乡风文明、构建农村 和谐社会等方面具有十分重要的意义。在新农村文化建设过程中，社会主义新农村文化 基础设施不断完善，农民群众开展的文化活动也日益丰富，农村文化产业也得到初步发 展，但由于农村问题的复杂性和受到城乡二元体制的制约，我国在社会主义新农村文化 建设过程中依然存在着许多问题，如社会主义新农村文化建设与农村经济社会发展不平 衡；农村居民文化投入和文化消费能力低；农村文化建设专业人才缺乏；农民的整体文 化素质不高；农村文化资源的开发力度不够等。本文在阐述社会主义新农村文化建设的 重要意义，总结已取得的成就，找出存在的问题，并分析问题产生的原因的基础上，从 加大对新农村文化建设的经济支持，加强对农村文化建设的组织建设，加快推进农村文 化产业发展，全面提高农村教育文化水平几个方面探索与思考如何加快社会主义新农村 文化建设。 关键词：社会主义新农村；社会主义新农村文化建设；问题；探索 I PAGE PAGE IV Abstract To build a new socialist countryside is a five one the comprehensive systematic project .It includes economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and ecological civilization construction .Building a new socialist countryside culture is the important content of socialist new rural construction. Building a harmonious rural society have great significance to promote rural economic development and improve farmers quality of life and the construction of local custom civilization. In the process of new rural culture construction, perfecting the socialism new rural cultural infrastructure, rural residents to carry out cultural activities are also increasingly rich, the form of the rural cultural industry has also been preliminary development, but because of the complexity of the rural problems and restricted by the urban and rural dual system, Chinas rural culture construction and rural economic are not balance. Rural residents cultural investment and consumption ability is low. The rural cultural construction professionals is lacked. Farmers overall culture quality is not high, the development of rural culture resources is not be paid enough attention. This paper elaborates the significance of a new socialist countryside culture construction, summarizes the achieved achievements and finds out the existing problems, which help us to analyze the causes of the problem
