摘 摘 要 本论文的主要目的是研制LAPS测量系统，使LAPS测量仪器化，并使用该 测量系统测量出溶液中的PH值分布。论文首先从理论角度出发分析固一液界面特 点，建立了LAPS的特征模型，对EIS型LAPS传感器的结构和工作原理进行了 分析。然后从分析半导体的光电特性出发，对激发光源进行了选择，根据要求设 计了LAPS测量系统的二维寻址机构和以DSP为核心的光源调制及驱动电路、电 机驱动电路、控制电路与接口电路，并且对LAPS测量系统的定位精度、激发光 调制频率进行了误差分析与实际测试。 使用该测量系统，通过对PH值的大量测试实验，得到光电压随光源的调制 频率、偏置电压等因素变化的规律，并由此得到了LAPS系统测量PH值时，光源 的调制频率、偏置电压等因素的最优化条件。并在此基础上对溶液中的PH值分布 进行了测量，得到了溶液的PH值分布图。最后，对LAPS器件的结构及测量系统 提}i_I了改进意见。 关键词：LAP／S EIS 偏置电压 X PH值j则量 光电压 光调制频率 X AbstractThe Abstract The main purpose of this paper is to develop the LAPS measuring system， instrumental designing the LAPS measurement，and use this system to measure the distribution of the PH value of the solution． First，in this paper，the features of the solid—liquid interface are analyzed from the theoretic point of view，the character model is built，and the structure and working principles of the EIS LAPS sensor are analyzed．Then，starting with the analysis of the photoelectric features of the semi-conductor，the excitating illumination is chose，and the 2-D addressing mechanism，the modulate and driver circuit of the illumination，the driver circuit of the motor，the control circuit and the interface circuit based on DSP are designed according tO the requirement centered And the error analysis and practical measurement of the locating accuracy and light modulation frequency of this LAPS measuring system are processed． By using this measuring system and through a great number of experiments on the PH values，the rules of the changing of the photo voltage with such factors as light modulation frequency and bias voltage are acquired．And thus，during the measuring of the PH value，the optimization conditions of those factors are also acquired．Based on all the work above，the distribution of the PH value of the solution is measured，and the distributing graph of the PH value is drawn．At last，there are some proposals for the improvement ofthe structure and measuring system ofthe LAPS device． Key words：LAPS EIS Bias voltage PH value Photo i
